Daniel Everett is considered armed and dangerous, according to the Orlando Police Department.

Officials with the Orlando Police Department are searching for a former manager who walked into the Under Armour store at the Orlando International Premium Outlets and fatally shot a store employee Monday evening.

According to police:

  • The shooting happened just after 8 p.m. inside the Under Armour store.
  • Ten to 20 shoppers were in the store at the time of the shooting, according to police.
  • Police said 37-year-old manager Eunice Vazquez was found dead on the scene after the suspect, 46-year-old Daniel Everett, opened fire.
  • Everett had been fired Monday morning, according to police.
  • An arrest warrant for first-degree murder has been issued for Everett.
  • Everett had worked at the location for around three years and was a manager, according to police.

Officials believe Everett, who is described as being 6 feet, 7 inches tall with a short or bald cut, could be driving a silver 2012 Kia Sorento with Florida plates IH21AC.

Police also believe Everett created a list of other employees to potentially target. Officials believe those employees had possibly made complaints toward Everett at some point. Each person on the list has been accounted for and is safe, according to officials.

Everett’s wife and child are also safe, police said.

Officials believe Everett is armed and dangerous and should not be approached under any circumstance. Orlando police officials are working with multiple agencies to capture Everett.
