Police said the pair sprayed the fire extinguisher and stole several Chromebook laptops and chemistry beakers and scales.
Investigators found Shearman at Fetterman’s house, where Fetterman confessed to the crime.
WJAZ reported that when Shearman was arrested, he admitted breaking into the school because "there was nothing to do in this town."
Police were able to recover all of the stolen equipment and the school is working to repair the damages.
Both men face several charges including burglary, criminal mischief and theft.
