Puppy Bowl 2020 features 5 special-needs dogs: Here’s how to watch

While the San Francisco 49ers meet the Kansas City Chiefs in the 2020 Super Bowl, a fresh pack of puppies will play in the 16th annual Puppy Bowl on Sunday.

Animal Planet’s dog extravaganza features 96 dogs from various rescue shelters across the U.S. This year’s event features five special-needs dogs.

"These fuzzballs won't let anything deter them from playing hard and finding a loving family," Animal Planet said in a release.

The special-needs dogs include:

Rooster, an American Staffordshire terrier/bulldog mix with a cleft palate from the Sanctuary Rescue in Virginia.
