Henrik Olsson Lilja was shot in the chest and head inside a stairwell but was able to call police around 9 a.m., Swedish newspaper Expressen reported. His condition is serious but stable.
Police said they arrested multiple people and consider the shooting an isolated incident. A woman was arrested. A man, who has not yet been detained, is considered to be the shooter, Expressen reported.
After spending weeks in jail, Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, was found guilty of assault in August. His remaining sentence was suspended and he was ordered to pay the victim restitution.
