Anna Robb, of Montgomery County, filed a civil lawsuit July 22 in Harris County District Court against Houston-based LaGrone Services, Ltd., according to court records.

Robb said she was about to exit the Kroger grocery store April 17 in Conroe when she walked toward "what appeared to be an open doorway," according to court records. Instead, Robb said she walked into a floor-to-ceiling window, the lawsuit claims.

Robb claims in the lawsuit she suffered injuries that led to physical pain, suffering and impairment, and medical expenses, the SE Texas Record reported.

The complaint also accuses LeGrone Services, Ltd., of negligence, stating it failed, among other breaches of safety, "to place warning markers on a full-length window."

Robb is seeking damages more than $200,000 but not to exceed $1 million, according to the lawsuit.
