Elijah Simmons, who's 6-foot-1 and weighs close to 325 pounds, took the video in the gym of Pearl Cohn High School in Nashville, The Tennessean reported. Simmons is set to be a defensive lineman for the Vols in the fall -- but his skills on the basketball court are undeniable.

In the video, Simmons can be seen dunking a basketball; then seconds later throwing it clear across the court and through the net in the other basket.

Apparently, the moves came easy to him.

"I wasn't (trying to make it)," Simmons told The USA Today network. "I just threw it up."

Many have taken notice of Simmons' athletic prowess, including Houston Texan JJ Watt. "Can we draft #72 from the Tennessee metro high school team? Kid looks like a beast," Watt tweeted in April.
