Sthuthi David can now consider herself a real-life Disney princess.

David's high school sweetheart, Boston filmmaker Lee Loechler, spent six months editing the couple into her favorite Disney movie. Specifically, he worked with an illustrator to replace the movie's main characters with animated versions of him and David, WBUR reported.

Loechler then rented out a local theater – filled with friends and family – for a private screening, and during the scene where Prince Philip goes to rouse Aurora from her slumber with a kiss, the prince "throws" Loechler a small box. David looked down to see Loechler down on one knee, the station reported.

Australian illustrator Kayla Coombs, who worked with Lee to recreate the 1959 film, told the BBC the project far exceeded his expectations.

“This is probably the biggest personal commission that I've ever done, it was just awesome - a pleasure to be a part of,” Kayla said.

David said yes, by the way, and you can watch the entire production below.
