When she found out that she was being evicted, she advertised rooms for rent on Craigslist, saying that she was the owner and landlady, The Frederick News-Post reported.
Police said she took more than $4,000 in rent and security deposits from five men over the course of two months.
They were all evicted from the property last July, when the men found out that Kingsley wasn't the owner, The Frederick News-Post reported.
She was charged this week with various counts of theft.
