Ike Baker started working at the Dayton McDonald's 21 year ago, WTVC reported.
Baker, a Korean War veteran, greets customers and makes sure they have everything they need with their orders.
Baker told WTVC he has no plans to retire and hopes to work "at least another 10 years."
