Neal Named Executive Director Of Wright-Dunbar Inc.

Idotha Bootsie Neal was named Monday as the executive director of Wright-Dunbar Inc.

Neal said she views the Wright-Dunbar business village as an economic development project and a history preservation project.

Neal served as a Dayton City Commissioner for 12 years before being appointed to the new position. She was the first-ever female African-American elected to the commission in Dayton.
