Gillingham is currently serving an 11-year prison term for child porn and child abuse. He was arrested in 2002.
Police in Englewood said this is the first case of its kind in the area. They said Gillingham’s home was subject to seizure based on his violation of federal laws.
His home was the site of the child sexual abuse.
