A Wilmington man accused of robbing a Franklin bank in late March was indicted by a Warren County grand jury last week.

In the indictment made public on Tuesday, Bascum Lloyd Hall, 50, was charged with robbery, a third-degree felony.

Hall has been tentatively scheduled for arraignment in Warren County Common Pleas Court at 8:30 a.m. June 14.

Police also identified a woman who was with Hall, but declined to identify or charge her with a crime. Surveillance cameras captured the woman waiting outside of the bank for Hall to come out after the alleged robbery. She left with him in a vehicle.

Hall initially was going to be charged with theft, a first-degree misdemeanor, that was filed in Franklin Municipal Court. The charge was elevated to robbery, a felony, after discussions with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.
