A 36-year-old Lebanon woman was arrested at Meijer, 3651 Towne Blvd., on suspicion of petty theft. She had her infant child during the alleged theft and was said to have stolen $262 worth of merchandise.
Copper out of the basement and from an air-conditioning unit was stolen before 5:21 p.m. from an empty house in the 700 block of Elwood Street.
A water heater and scrap metal were stolen before 10:42 p.m. from a home in the 2000 block of Arlington Avenue.
Sept. 13
A refrigerator, stove and furnace were stolen before 9:41 a.m. from a home in the 1800 block of Columbia Avenue. The victim said a former tenant allegedly took the items.
Someone stole an XBox 360, PlayStation 3 and four video games before 4 p.m. from a home in the 1000 block of Auburn Street. The reported total value was $690.
Theft of two golf carts, valued at $5,000 each, 10 cases of water, four cases of Mountain Dew and two cases of lemonade before 4:41 p.m. from the Soccer Concession Stand, 500 Tytus Ave. Police say someone pried open the garage door to the concession stand and stole the golf carts and drinks. The video surveillance is being reviewed.
Two 42-inch televisions, reported total value of $1,900, were stolen before 6:18 p.m. from an apartment in the 3900 block of Roosevelt Boulevard. The front door had been kicked in.
Someone stole a purse with identification cards, credit and debit cards, personal documents, a $60 check, and $131 before 9:19 p.m. at Walmart, 2900 Towne Blvd. The victim said she believes she left it in her cart while inside the store.
Thousands of dollars worth of tools were stolen from a garage in the 2000 block of Oxford State, while the thieves left a pillowcase full of stolen DVDs and a cell phone behind. Missing from the garage: $3,000 in tools, $479 carburetor, $2,800 in car parts, $3,500 in heads for a motor, $150 Sony stereo, $2,000 Nitrous kits, $80 Craftsman drill and $150 worth of two sawzalls.

Someone stole various clothes, pieces of furniture and pictures, and two televisions, before 8:35 p.m. from a rented house in the 2000 block of Arlington Avenue.
Sept. 16
Someone stole $950 before 12:36 a.m. from a home in the 300 block of North Grimes Street after gaining access through a bedroom window.
Sept. 18
Four females were arrested following a large disturbance in the 1200 block of Lind Street and Douglas Park. The women told the police various stories about the assault and how it started. Mercedes Franklin, 22, was arrested for a bench warrant, failure to appear in Middletown Municipal Court; Toddaisha Herring, 19, Karecia Roberts, 20, and Tamika Wright, 35, were arrested for assault.
