Investigators said it appears that Manning may have been the victim of a hit-and-run. They said medics took Manning to a local hospital by Careflight, where he later died.
Officers said Manning was attempting to walk to his residence from a friend’s house on Manchester Road after a group of friends attended a concert at Riverbend the night before.
