A Playstation III, silver dollars, a green blanket and cable remote were stolen from a residence in the 6800 block of Spring Garden Street.

March 31

Four patio chairs, valued at $100, were stolen from a residence in the 1600 block of Lafayette Avenue.

April 1

Several pieces of jewelry, valued at more than $1,600, were stolen from a home in the 3200 block of August Avenue.

A black Swiss Army bag, valued at $150, a Dell lap computer, digital camera and chargers were stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked in Clayton, Ohio.

A 22-caliber handgun and prescription medication were stolen from a residence in the 2300 block of Oneka Avenue.

April 2

A man who lives in an apartment in the 1300 block of Columbia Avenue said someone walked into his apartment and stole $40 out of his room. He said the next day, another $40 was stolen. Police told him to start locking his apartment.

A John Deere push mower was stolen from a residence in the 1900 block of Columbia Avenue.

April 3

Emily Stratton, 31, of Fernwood Street, was charged with drug abuse/heroin, drug abuse/paraphernalia and drug abuse/instruments and Jody Wilhoit, 42, of Fernwood Street, was charged with drug abuse/morphine after police arrived at the residence on a report of a person having trouble breathing.

The manager at Middletown Ford, 1710 Tytus Ave., said someone stole an engine hoist, valued at $700.

Copper pipes were stolen from a residence in the 800 block of Cleveland Street.

Three males walked into Kroger, 3420 Towne Blvd., and said they found a $100 bill inside Towne Mall and they wanted to know if it was real. Her marker showed that was bill was real, but there were pictures of Abraham Lincoln and Benjamin Franklin on the bill. The bill was turned over to Middletown police.

A Middletown man said he bought $1,046 worth of jewelry off eBay, but when the packages were delivered, one was empty and the other had a wallet. The phone number the man gave police was invalid.

A Middletown man, Shawn Cooper, was charged with criminal simulation after he allegedly tried to spend a counterfeit $20 bill at Family Dollar, 1224 Girard Ave. Cooper told police he got the bill when he got change for a $100 bill in Dayton.

A Snickers candy bar, valued at $1.19, was stolen from UDF, 101 N. Verity Parkway.
