Police and fire investigators believe the fire started as a break-in and then led to the business being intentionally set on fire.
Authorities said a break-in alarm sounded around 5 a.m. and when officers arrived at the scene, they saw thick, black smoke pouring out of the business.
Fire officials said they believe someone broke through the drive-up window and then set the place on fire.
