Moore has been a committed community advocate, serving in many leadership roles. In addition to her volunteer positions at Premier, she serves on the Board of Trustees for County Corp, The Dayton Foundation, and the Montgomery County Workforce Investment Board.
She was instrumental in working to launch and lead Dayton Diversity and Inclusion Partners and has participated in leadership positions with Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance (DARA), and was a member of the Miami Valley Senior Human Resource Roundtable.
