Premier Health Specialists acquires specialty practices for women

Premier Health Specialists, part of Dayton-based Premier Health hospital network, has acquired Lifestages Centers for Women — an obstetrics and gynecology practice with six locations in the Miami Valley, officials announced Monday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Formerly Lifestages Samaritan Centers for Women, the OB/GYN practice has locations in Englewood, Dayton, Centerville, Huber Heights, Piqua and Middletown and will join a growing list of Premier specialty practices, including cardiology, sports medicine and urology.
