A temporary detour has been created to allow bikers to pass this section of the trail while work is done to repair the culvert.
The trail funs through Warren, Greene and Clark counties.
FIRST REPORT (Sept. 3)
A section of the Little Miami Scenic Trail is closed for at least the rest of the Labor Day weekend after a sinkhole opened up Saturday, our media partner WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported.
The sinkhole is near the Shawnee Run overpass, and did not cause any injuries, according to Milford police.
The trail will be closed from the Milford Trail head to Kugler Mill until at least Tuesday or Wednesday, when someone can check out the sinkhole, WCPO reported.
