Settlement Reached In Ohio Gun Shop Lawsuit

An Ohio gun shop has settled a federal lawsuit.

The suit involved gun dealers across the country who the government said sold weapons that wound up in the hands of New York City criminals.

Jim’s Guns and Whatever on Richfield Center Drive in Dayton is one of 27 gun dealers across the country named in the suit.

On Tuesday, Miller Rod and Gun in Youngstown reached an agreement and settled in the suit. Twelve other dealers have also settled.

At this time, there is no word on whether Jim’s Guns and Whatever is part of the settlement.
