Talking Turkey with Chef Jenn DiSanto

Jenn DiSanto, the chef-owner of Fresco Foods, will offer tips and advice to experienced and not-so-experienced home cooks during a special live chat at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26 on Fresco Foods is a carry-out and eat-in prepared and made-to-order eatery at 3141 Far Hills Ave. in Kettering.

DiSanto grew up cooking with her parents and still loves making meals with her sisters. She, her husband and two children moved to Washington Twp. a few years ago from Brussels, Belgium where she taught cooking clases at the American Club of Brussels and catered events for diplomats and other guests. She owned a catering business in Connecticut before moving to Europe.
