More rain expected to end the weekend

Today: Showers and storms are expected to pop up in the afternoon and into the evening hours. Temperatures will hold in the upper 70s.

Tonight: A few lingering spotty showers will continue to be possible overnight, but overall more dry time is expected. Temperatures will drop into the middle 60s overnight.

Sunday: More spotty showers are expected, with the best chances coming in the afternoon hours. It’ll again be a cooler day with highs in the middle to upper 70s.

Monday: More rain is on tap to start the work-week. Highs will be in the upper 70s.

Tuesday: The chance for rain continues, but more dry time is expected overall. Temperatures will get back into the lower to middle 80s.

Wednesday: More dry time is expected, but a stray shower can’t be ruled out, especially further east. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

The chance for rain sticks around this weekend and even lasts into the middle of the work week.

Thursday: Partly cloudy skies with highs in the middle 80s are expected.
