SPARKS, Reverend Frank

Died at age 86, at Springfield Medical Center on January 28 following a brief non-COVID-related illness. He was born in Maysville, KY, and moved to Dayton in 1943. Frank graduated from Wilbur Wright High School, Muskingum College, and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He pastored churches in Detroit, Fremont, and Springfield. Frank was preceded in death by his brother and first wife, Carol. He is survived by his wife, Mary Arnett Sparks, and three children: Brad

(Lynette) Sparks, Sharon (Miguel Calvo) Sparks, and Brenda (Brian) Fisher, and five grandchildren: Meredith, Evan,

Carolyn, Cristina, and Grant. A public service will be

announced when COVID restrictions are eased. If friends

desire, contributions may be made to Northminster

Presbyterian Church, 400 Villa Rd., Springfield, OH 45503.
