Imam immigrated to Dayton from Jerusalem in 1990 at age 24.

He said business has been tough for him and his staff since restaurants were ordered closed to dine-in customers.

“The last three weeks, business went down 90 percent, but I’m a survivor, I’m not giving up yet,” he told this news organization.

Carmen’s will be open until 3 p.m. for “carryout or in your dining room only,” a post on the restaurant's Facebook page says.

The fish plate will be available after today as well.

A grilled tuna melt and vegan burger with vegan sauce are among the other items that have been added to the menu.
