Tony’s take on spaghetti aglio e olio, (spaghetti, garlic and oil in Italian) could surely fall into that category as the family finds its roots where the dish is a tradition.

The classic Italian dish finds comes from Naples, where it is kicked up a notch with red chili pepper flake (peperoncino rosso).
