Masala chai is the drink we know and love here in the States. It's a spiced tea usually including cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and pepper.

Well, Butter Café has done us a favor by dipping their already mouthwatering French toast into a rich chai tea latte batter and creating something wonderful.

As powerful as my sweet tooth can be, I’m easily turned off by an overly sweet breakfast. But the mascarpone cheese added just enough to create a good sweet and savory balance. Order a bold cup of Butter Café’s organic coffee with it and you’ll be set.
