Browns first-round pick Myles Garrett will miss the first two games of the season because of a high ankle sprain, the team announced Thursday morning.

Garrett, a 6-foot-5, 270-pound defensive end, injured his ankle during practice on Wednesday. The team said his status will be updated in two weeks.
