Iloka coins new nickname for Bengals secondary

Following the lead of Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis, who likes to unveil a new T-shirt slogan each training camp , safety George Iloka is taking the practice to the next level.

As in, to the skies.

Iloka bought hats emblazoned with “ATC” — Air Traffic Control — for everyone in the secondary and was wearing his Wednesday morning during the time the locker room was open to the media.

“It’s our little motto this year, just patrolling the skies,” Iloka said.”It’s our mentality.”
