Miami Valley Silverbacks end season

The Miami Valley Silverbacks ended their season with a 48-24 playoff loss to the Cincinnati Commandos in the Continental Indoor Football League on Friday.

The Silverbacks finished 4-6 for their best record in the team’s five-year history. Cincinnati led 21-0 after the first quarter and Miami Valley never got closer than two scores the rest of the game.

Cincinnati plays Wisconsin for the title at the Cincinnati Gardens on Saturday.
