The Wright State Raiders are in pursuit of a 7-foot-1 high school center with a famous last name.

Jake Walter, a junior 2018 prospect from Covington (Ky.) Catholic, tweeted Monday night he received a slew of scholarship offers, including one from WSU.

Walter is the son of Joe Walter, who played offensive line for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1985-97.

The younger Walter also reported receiving offers from Toledo, Northern Kentucky, Stetson and Boston University.

Jaxson Hayes, a forward from Cincinnati Moeller, and Andrew Taylor, a guard from Corbin (Ky.) High School, also reported getting offers from Wright State this week.
