The Nitany Lions scored 35 unanswered points, after Michigan State took a 12-10 lead into halftime. Trace McSorely threw a 34-yard touchdown pass to Chris Goodwin late in the third, kicking off a string of five unanswered scores by Penn State.
Penn State will play West Division champ Wisconsin in Indianapolis on Dec. 3 for the conference championship.
