The popular mobile dating application announced plans to roll out "Festival Mode" this summer, an effort to help show-going singles easily connect with each other.
Users who opt in on the feature receive a profile badge indicating plans to attend the event, allowing others to identify festivalgoers when swiping for matches.
Participating summer festivals include Bonnaroo, Electric Daisy Festival, Firefly and Governors Ball.
In Bonnaroo's host city, Manchester, Tennessee, Tinder sees a 300 percent increase in use during the festival, Engadget reports.
"We consistently see a spike in Tinder use as tens of thousands of music fans come together, so we wanted to create a new experience that makes it easier to connect with other concertgoers before even setting foot on festival grounds," Jenny Campbell, Tinder CMO, said in a statement.
"Festival Mode" launches three weeks before Bonnaroo kicks off; the festival runs June 13 to June 16 in Manchester, about 70 miles south of Nashville. Phish, Post Malone and Childish Gambino lead this summer's lineup. » RELATED: Atlanta named the best city for singles in America
