Additional systems of will move into the area for next week, according to the National Weather Service. A gradual warming trend is expected Sunday through Wednesday, the NWS said.

Overnight freezing will lead to widespread frost and hit peoples’ doorsteps before 9 a.m. this morning.

Today will be dry, bright and sunny. The day will gradually get warmer as it is expected to be around 60 degrees.

Tonight will have a slight chance of rain showers but the potential of rain showers and thunderstorms is likely occurring after 2 a.m.

Overnight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 50 degrees.

Monday brings rain showers all day with a chance of precipitation and thunderstorms throughout, followed by more thunderstorms after 5 p.m.

The high will be 68 degrees and mostly cloudy overall.

Monday night sees even more rain showers with a possibility of a thunderstorm before 2 a.m. Early Tuesday morning has a probability of precipitation and thunderstorms.

The low will be around 54 degrees.

Tuesday is partly sunny with a high of 74 degrees. There’s a 30% chance of rain before 7 a.m.

Tuesday night will be mostly cloudy with a low of around 60 degrees. A possibility of rain showers may occur going into Wednesday.

The rest of the week sees a chance of rain and “slightly cooler air,” according to the NWS.
