After a frosty start, today will be mostly sunny, with clouds increasing in the afternoon. Starting around dark there will be a chance of rain, which will quickly rise, making showers likely by midnight.

Rain will continue through the night and into Sunday.

Highs today will be around 60 degrees and lows will be around 45 degrees.

For Mother’s Day, the NWS predicted rain all day, with thunderstorms also possible in the afternoon. The storm chances will end around dark as rain chances start to fall. The rain chances will only finally taper off a few hours before dawn on Monday.

The NWS said that moderate to heavy rain could lead to flooding in low-lying areas or near rivers.

Highs will be around 59 degrees, then fall to a low around 43 degrees.

Monday will be partly cloudy but more calm, with a high around 59 degrees. After dark, clouds will gradually decrease, especially after midnight, as temperatures drop to a low around 38 degrees.
