Residents can help reduce ozone formation by limiting the use of gas-powered vehicles or lawn equipment and refueling cars after 8 p.m.
There will be a few more clouds overnight as temperatures fall to around 67 degrees.
Saturday will also bring mostly sunny skies and highs around 91 degrees, though clouds will increase in the evening for a mostly cloudy night. Lows will be around 69 degrees.
There will be a slight chance of rain starting soon after sunrise on Sunday that will gradually increase as the day goes on, joined by a chance of thunderstorms at around noon.
Showers will be likely with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening, and are expected to continue through the night.
Highs on Sunday will again be around 91 degrees, with lows around 71 degrees.
