WPAFB Thursday Weather: Heavy rain in morning, cold front arrives late afternoon

Rain will be heavy in the morning but will taper during the early part of the afternoon.

Temperatures will reach a high in the upper 50s late morning, then fall through the afternoon.

Winds will begin to gust up to 40 mph just after rush hour during trick-or-treat time.

The heavy rain will taper but there will be a few showers and rain mixed with snowflakes through the evening and possibly overnight, but no accumulation.
