WPAFB Tuesday Weather: Rain ends, warmer weather moves in

WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE—Lots of clouds and even some patchy fog will start the day with cool temperatures in the middle 50s, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

A few breaks in the clouds will be possible by late afternoon. Highs will reach to around 70 degrees. More breaks in the clouds are expected tonight into Wednesday as a slow warming trend continues. Highs should rebound into the upper 70s.

Temperatures should make it into the 80s Thursday and Friday with only a slight chance for a pop-up shower in the afternoon. All eyes will be on Florence late in the week, but at this time, it is too early to know if it will have any impact on the Miami Valley this weekend.
