A Fairborn office center that has been in foreclosure is under new ownership.

An affiliate of C-III Capital Partners, a real estate firm based in Irving, Texas, is listed in Greene County property records as acquiring the office center at 2785, 2940 and 2790 Presidential Drive office for $2.6 million in July.

The three-story offices are part of the Wright Executive Center, which sits parallel to Interstate 675 and Colonel Glenn Highway and is near Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

The office had been owned by an affiliate of Cleveland-based Munsell Realty Advisors and had been in foreclosure proceedings since 2015, according to Greene County court records.
