Miamisburg shopping center sells for $3M

A shopping center in Miamisburg has sold for approximately $3 million.

The 100,000-square-foot Rand Plaza Shopping Center is located at 27 S. Alex Road at the corner of Ohio 725. The center is currently leased to approximately 13 tenants including Dollar General, H&R Block, Cassano’s and the Community Health Center.

The buyer and seller were represented by Vic Green Realty, and the Dayton Daily News has reached out to the firm for more information about the buyer.
