An estimated $11 million in construction is being planned for Austin Landing as several proposals for restaurants are in the works.

The proposed projects will include two new buildings that will include a combined 28,000 square feet in development near The Park area, VisCap Development President Larry Dillin told this news organization.

Those locations will include at least five restaurants to make the mixed-use development off of Interstate 75 at Austin Boulevard have more entertainment flavor, Dillin said.

Dillin said he expects plans to be submitted to Miami Twp. soon.
