Roll On In debuts sushi doughnut at Lebanon, Ohio location

A local restaurant is serving up a trendy twist of a classic menu item — the sushi doughnut.

Roll On In, which has locations in Lebanon and Cincinnati, debuted its newest doughnut item after customers suggested the idea, according to our news partner WCPO. The menu item features sushi in the shape of a doughnut ring.

The fast-casual restaurant is already known for its sushi burritos. Diners can top off their sushi burritos with corn salsa, fried wontons, edamame and green onions.

The sushi doughnut made its debut at the Lebanon location this week, and menu item will be available only on Mondays and Tuesdays, according to WCPO.
