Violations: Observed food employee wearing gloves while preparing food push trash down in trash can. The food employee returned to preparing food without washing hands and changing gloves. Ensure food employees wash hands and change gloves after engaging in any activity that contaminate the hands, such as touching trash inside trash can. Instruct food employees proper handwashing procedures.

Observed scoop handle to be covered with ice in ice bin by drive-thru pick up window. Ensure ice scoop is stored with the handle above the top of ice when storing inside ice bin. Move ice scoop. Corrected.

Observed prep table cutting board (between ice maker and fry dispenser) to be stained and scored. Resurface or replace cutting board if it can no longer be effectively cleaned.

Observed debris build-up top panel and ice chute inside ice maker. Ensure all portions of the ice maker are cleaned and sanitized at a frequency that prevents debris accumulation. Clean and sanitize inside ice maker.

Observed excessive amount of grease build-up on clamshell griddles and minor debris build-up on inner portion of door handles on walk-in refrigeration units. Increase cleaning frequency of equipment to prevent grease and debris accumulation.

Observed excessive amount of grease build-up on floor under and behind clam shell griddles. Increase cleaning frequency under equipment and hard to reach areas to prevent grease accumulation.

Comments: Dishwashing machine chlorine sanitizer concentration was 50 ppm.

Ensure all operational handwashing sinks have soap and paper towels.

Threshold between walk-in cooler and freezer is missing tile.

Remove ice build-up on walk-in freezer lines.

Ensure outdoor waste receptacle doors remain closed.

PIC has taken Level II food protection class and is awaiting certificate.
