Violations: There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer. Could not located test strips. To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. The lid on Chest Freezer #2 is falling apart, both prep coolers are holding above 41F. Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
The plumbing system was not properly repaired. Sprayer at the disposal is leaking. To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Walls in the kitchen have drywall and paint that are chipping. Please repaint. The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
Comments: Valley Refrigeration was on-site repairing the 2 prep coolers. No food in either cooler. Will re-inspect either tomorrow or Thursday to ensure that prep coolers have been repaired.
