Violations/comments: Observed food containers without lids on prep table. Provide lids for food containers to prevent potential contamination. Observed cracked food containers. All food containers shall be smooth, durable and intact. Cracks provide areas for bacterial harborage. There were pieces of clean equipment and food containers that needed a more thorough cleaning. Hand sink by prep table not working. Repair promptly so hands can be easily washed.
