Violations: Found outside dumpster missing a lid.
Found garbage and debris around sides/back of dumpster.
Found the following item in need of repair: reseal sinks in restrooms to wall eliminating a gap where it’s hard to clean.
Found dust/debris in the following areas: floor of the walkin, behind equipment, behind shelves, floors of kitchen, walls behind mechanical, under 3 compartment sink, and debris under shelves.
Found mop stored in mop sink. Hang to prevent build up of soils and harborage of insects.
Found food debris inside of handsink in kitchen. Correcting.
Comments: have new store manager email ODH certificate + Servsafe certificate to jredmond@gcph.fino. Ensure staff is wash, rinse, and sanitizing all utensils, dispenser ends, and coffee pots in the 3 compartment sink.
