Violations: Observed ice scoop dumped in ice meant for service. Also, there was Gatorade chilling in the ice. Prevent contamination of ice from hand contact and from dirty containers. Corrected immediately.
The dishwasher is not dispensing supplies as required. Too much soap will minimize the functioning of the sanitizer that is being dispensed in the dishwasher. Maintenance has been called and is on the way.
To manually wash and sanitize equipment, all equipment shall be
1. Washed in soapy water
2. Rinsed in clean clear water
3. Sanitized in water with sanitizer for minimum one minute and air dry.
Corrected immediately.
Observed dirty glasses in the storage cabinets. Clean as needed. Discontinue chilling fruits in the same cooler as utensils.
The only handwash sink in the kitchen area is dripping. Repair and have it ready for use when needed.
Comments: Most of the violations are being corrected at this time.
Will check for completion in one week.
