A clerk at the Speedway gas station near the University of Dayton was hit with a slushy in the face after telling a customer he could not use his food stamp card to buy gas.

The clerk explained that he could not allow the customer to buy gas with a food stamp card, but the man became infuriated and threw a 44-ounce blue slushy at him, the report states.

The customer fled the store in a white van. Speedway staff said they would share the man’s license plate with police and wanted to press charges.
