The incident was dispatched about 11:20 p.m. The victim had just been let out of an Uber vehicle when she was struck.
She was one of several young women in the vehicle. The driver let them out at the intersection and left the scene, Setty said.
The Uber vehicle continued on. The vehicle that hit the woman stopped at the scene and police were speaking with the driver, who Setty was would not be cited.
