Cases continued for 2 charged in Middletown CVS robbery

The two Dayton men who allegedly robbed a Middletown pharmacy will be back in court later this week, according to court records.

The cases involving Savon Davis, 23, and Calvin Tribble, 19, have been continued. They will have their preliminary hearings at 1:30 pm. Friday.

Their bonds were set at $50,000 each. Both remain in the Middletown City Jail.

The men allegedly robbed the CVS Pharmacy on South Breiel Boulevard last week. They were charged with aggravated robbery, police said.

Davis was the alleged robber of the prescription medication, and Tribble was the driver of the vehicle, said Lt. Scott Reeve.

A 15-year-old boy was also in the vehicle. Reeve said police are still trying to determine his role in the robbery.
