BELLBROOK (Oct. 5) – An officer conducted a traffic stop on West Franklin Street. The driver, 25, admitting to smoking meth a few hours earlier. He was cited for OVI, possession of criminal tools, possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to dim. The passenger, 22, also admitted to smoking meth earlier. She was cited for possession of criminal tools.
BELLBROOK (Oct. 5) – An officer stopped a car on Wilmington Pike. The 56-year-old man did not have a valid driver’s license. He was cited for driving under suspension and fictitious registration.
